Terms and conditions

The furnished apartments at Calle Jovellanos 14, Oviedo, are rented through seasonal rental contracts, governed by Spanish Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases. The specific terms of each stay — price, what's included, deposit, duration and other conditions — are set out in the seasonal contract signed between Casco Antiguo Suites S.L. and the tenant for each apartment and stay, before move-in.
