  • Ad measurement data through the OpenAI Ads pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies.

  • Responding to your enquiries and managing the apartment booking.
  • Formalising and performing the seasonal rental contract, where applicable.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations (tax, guest registration).
  • Anonymously analysing use of the website to improve it, if you've accepted analytics cookies.
  • Measuring how well our ads perform, if you've accepted advertising cookies.

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or the pre-contractual steps you request (handling your enquiry or booking), on compliance with legal obligations, and, for analytics and advertising cookies, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We keep your data for as long as the relationship arising from your enquiry or the seasonal contract lasts and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods applicable to any liabilities that may arise.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We don't share your data with third parties except where legally required (for example, guest registration with the relevant authorities) or with providers that process data on our behalf, such as Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) or OpenAI Ads (OpenAI), which may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards each provider applies to its service.
